abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular for ophthalmology, and is intended for the treatment of post-burn inversion of the upper and lower eyelids. Make a horizontal skin incision separate upper and lower eyelids, stepping back from the edge 3-5 mm separating skin incision subcutaneous scarring to restore the natural anatomical position of both eyelids. Next impose sutures at least three U-shaped seam at every eyelid, passing from skin incision through the cartilage and the conjunctiva with node lock in skin wound. Carry out blepharorrhaphy with sutures driving the needle from the skin wound side through the edge of the lower eyelid lower and upper eyelids with access to the upper eyelid skin wound back and forth through the edges of both eyelids and fixation in nodular cutaneous wound of the lower eyelid. Resulting defects of the skin of the upper and lower eyelids replace free patches of skin that capture interrupted or continuous sutures.
