titleOfInvention | Methods of cementation in underground reservoir with use of cement composition containing seed crystals of hydrated calcium silicate |
abstract | FIELD: oil and gas industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of cementation in the underground reservoir containing oil and gas. The said method includes injection of the cement composition to the underground reservoir, wherein the cement composition contains cement, water and seed crystals of the hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H); the cement composition comprising mainly cement, water and seed crystals C-S-H being mesoscopic particles, nanoparticles or their combination develops compression strength equal to at least 1200 psi (8.3 MPa) during study for 24 hours at 60°F (15.6°C) and pressure 3000 psi (20.7 MPa); and the cement composition holding for solidification. According to one more option the seed crystals C-S-H are mesoscopic particles, nanoparticles or their combination, wherein the seed crystals C-S-H present in concentration from about 1% to about 5% in relation to the cement weight. n EFFECT: increased method efficiency. n 20 cl, 5 tbl, 1 dwg |
