titleOfInvention Dry sorbent feed to dry cleaning scrubber under stationary conditions
abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removal of solids and other impurities from flue gas. Claimed process is implemented in fuel combustion system and meant for reduction of harmful emissions. Said system comprises gas path exceeding from combustion chamber via air heater, solids trap and spraying drier-absorber to bag filter. The latter is located downstream of spraying drier-absorber. Claimed process comprises the admixture of calcium hydroxide powder to flue gas at the inlet point downstream of the combustion chamber and upstream of the bag filter. Water sprayed to flue gas in spraying drier-absorber for flue gas wetting and temperature decreasing. Said flue gas is forced through the bag filter. Said calcium hydroxide powder catches the harmful substances contained in flue gas. Note here that inlet point is located upstream of air heater or between spraying drier-absorber and bag filter. n EFFECT: reduced harmful emissions. n 19 cl, 7 dwg, 1 ex
