abstract |
FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthetic isoprene rubber. Described is a method of producing synthetic polyisoprene isoprene polymerization catalyst. Catalyst is obtained by mixing hydrocarbon solutions of titanium tetrachloride and complex triisobutylaluminum with diphenyloxide at temperature minus 70 - plus 10°C. Molar ratio of titanium tetrachloride triisobutylaluminum and triisobutylaluminum: diphenyl oxide equal to 1.0:[0.8-1.2] and 1.0:[0.1-1.0] respectively. Hydrocarbon solvent for components of catalyst used is a fraction C 5 -hydrocarbons containing pentenes not less than 50% or mixture thereof with toluene. Technical result is development of method of producing synthetic polyisoprene with content of cis-1,4-links at least 96.0 wt%, characteristic viscosity of not less than 3.0 cm 3 /g and solubility in toluene more 98.0%. n EFFECT: obtaining a synthetic polyisoprene. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
