abstract FIELD: nanotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology. Method of producing nanocapsules of riboflavin in sodium alginate envelope is carried out by physical-chemical non-solvent addition, riboflavin is dispersed in sodium alginate suspension in isopropanol in presence of an E472c preparation. Suspension is then stirred at 1300 rpm. Methylene chloride is added.
