abstract FIELD: engines and pumps. n SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises the working and nozzle blades with the elements of their connection to the cooling system. Said cooling system is composed of an electrically conducting circuit connecting the anode with cathode. The cathode is composed of the working and nozzle blades of electrically conducting material and emission ply applied on their surface of conducting material that features the low electron output work. The anode is composed of electron-seeking material to select the electrons from the working fluid flow. Said electrically conducting circuit the current lead-out and electric load are connected in series between said anode and cathode. The anode is fitted through the electric insulation ply onto the turbine plant housing inner wall. Cooling element with coolant recycling channels is arranged outside said housing opposite the anode seat and in thermal contact therewith through the housing wall and connected to gas turbine compressor. n EFFECT: decreased temperature of all blades, higher efficiency of gas turbine. n 2 cl, 1 dwg
