abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method for production of modified polymer or its hydrogenated product includes polymerisation of monomer, which contains one of the following: conjugated diene and aromatic vinyl compound, in hydrocarbon-based polymerisation solvent with application of active organometallic agent as polymerisation initiator, with formation of modified polymer or its hydrogenated product, with modified polymer including functional group in one of positions: in main chain and in side chain, with functional group being included into modified polymer with application of compound, which has functional group, protected with silyl group, as polymerisation initiator, monomer, which contains functional group, or polymerisation terminator; in addition, method includes successively: (a) stage of solvent removal, at which reaction solution, in which modified polymer or hydrogenated product is dissolved in polymerisation solvent, is divided into solvent fraction, which includes hydrocarbon-based solvent, and solid fraction, which includes modified polymer or hydrogenated product, (b) stage of separation of low-boiling fraction, in which solvent fraction is distilled to separate low-boiling fraction, which includes hydrocarbon-based solvent and silanol compound, and (c) stage of silanol removal, in which part of silanol compound is removed from low-boiling fraction by liquid extraction with application of low-boiling fraction and extracting solvent. part of raffinate, from which silanol compound was removed by liquid extraction, is reused as solvent for polymerisation. n EFFECT: effective removal of silanol is realised; method is more economical. n 8 cl, 2 tbl, 2 dwg, 4 ex |
