titleOfInvention | Method for processing lignin into liquid hydrocarbons |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: claimed is method for processing lignin into liquid hydrocarbons, which consists in the fact that hydrolysis lignin is mechanically mixed with catalyst, which represents catalytic system based on highly disperse metal, selected from the group, which includes Pt, Pd, Ni, Fe, applied on carbon carrier, able to be heated to high temperatures under the influence of microwave radiation, at weight ratio of lignin:catalyst in range 1-5:1, with following heating of obtained reaction mixture to temperature 250-340°C under the influence of SHF radiation with weight ratio lignin:catalyst in the range 1-5:1, with further heating of obtained reaction mixture to temperature 250-340°C under impact of SHF radiation with power up to 10 W in hydrogen flow at volume rate of its supply 500-1000 h.EFFECT: claimed totality of essential invention features made it possible to carry out process at atmospheric pressure, duration of which constitutes not more than 30 minutes, and process productivity is increased, it was also possible to simplify technology of its realisation due to carrying out process at atmospheric pressure and, in contrast to the prototype, processing of hydrolysis lignin with water or alcohols in supercritical conditions is not required, process of processing hydrolysis lignin under conditions of low SHF-power and moderate temperatures made it possible to achieve sufficiently high output of liquid hydrocarbons.1 tbl |
