abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: body part hat multiple capillaries positioned inside the body part. One or more of the said capillary/capillaries is/are at least partly filled with a filling material. The filling material includes an active and/or reaction component volatile at a temperature of 35°C and higher; the said extruded body part fails to contain the said volatile active and/or reaction component. The said volatile active and/or reaction component is chosen from among taste-and-aroma additives, active components for oral cavity care, sweeteners, physiological cooling agents, heating agents, tingling agents, colouring additives, effervescent additives, pharmaceutical agents, nutraceutical agents, vegetal extracts, teeth whitening remedies and the listed components combinations. Additionally, one proposes the said confectionary product manufacture method.
