FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology, namely to obtaining modified factor FVII, and can be used in medicine. Polypeptide FVII is modified by substitution of amino acid residue, selected from D196L, D196I, D196Y, K197E, K197D, K197L, K197M, K197I, K197V, K197F, K197W, K197Y, K199D and K199E, in amino acid sequence FVII, represented as SEQ ID NO: 3, or in respective residues of its precursor with SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2.
