abstract FIELD: oil and gas industry. n SUBSTANCE: system for extracting bitumen from method of oil extraction from oil-bearing sands comprises: extractor tank having the upper and lower edges, at that the extractor tank includes a reaction chamber; inlet opening at the upper edge of the extractor tank, which is intended for introduction of oil-bearing sand to the reaction chamber, at that this oil-bearing sand contains bitumen and sand; multitude of nozzle inputs placed at predetermined positions around the lower edge of the extractor tank; source of liquid extracting agent. The liquid extracting agent contains liquid hydrophobic component and liquid hydrophilic component, which are joined forming the compound, at that liquid hydrophilic component is selected from the group including alcohols, compound ethers and ketones; a pump intended for pressure generation and movement of the liquid extracting agent from its source through multitude of nozzle inputs in order to inject it to the reaction chamber and to suspend oil-bearing sand as fluidised bed in the reaction chamber, wherein reaction of oil-bearing sand with the liquid extracting agent, and extract includes the extracting agent and bitumen; outlet opening placed at the lower edge of the extractor tank is intended for removal of sand from the reaction chamber; separating facility connected to the bottom outlet opening of the extractor tank in order to receive sand from the extractor tank and to remove the extracting agent from sand; evaporator is intended to receive extract from the reaction chamber and to evaporate the extracting agent from extract; and distillation column connected to evaporator in order to separate the extracting agent fumes from bitumen. The invention also claims fluidised bed system in order to separate bitumen from oil-bearing sand. n EFFECT: development of simple in use and cost-effective systems for extraction of bitumen from oil-bearing sands. n 13 cl, 5 dwg
