titleOfInvention Open development of steep ore bodies
abstract FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises step-by-step working from top section to rational depth H in terms of efficiency by traditional technologies. These include loosening by blasting-and-drilling operations, making of permanent transport cross-over, application of vehicles and diggers. Completion of the bottom section is performed with formation on nonworking edge with maximum permissible stability parameters, loosening and transfer of ore from lower levels with application of specialised lifter. Note here that working of mid section of ore body is executed during the construction and erection of said lifter. Temporary crossovers are constructed to transfer extracted ore to surface via temporary and, then, via permanent crossovers. Completion of ore body bottom section is executed after elimination of temporary crossovers. Steeply inclined service driveway is erected for caterpillar vehicles to carry the ore by specialised lifter to transfer site for ore to be transferred to trucks.EFFECT: higher efficiency of claimed process, lower capital and operating costs.9 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
