abstract FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: the method of complex deep processing of topinambur green mass comprises collecting plant raw material, its milling and methane fermentation in the digesters, the biogas obtained after fermentation is fed into the gas tanks to produce heat and electrical energy, and the resulting biosludge is fed for mechanical dewatering to relative humidity of 40-50%, the topinambur green mass is divided into two parts, one of which is fed for methane fermentation and the second part is fed for mechanical pressing in order to obtain the juice, the cake produced during pressing is finally dried to the desired moisture content, briquetted and fed into the reactor, where without oxygen as a result of thermochemical conversion the pyrolysis combustible gas and ash is obtained, and the combustible gas is used as fuel to produce heat and electrical energy, and the ash is fed for mixing with the dewatered biosludge used as the organic component, the resulting organic-mineral mixture is granulated, finally dried to the desired moisture content and used as fertiliser. n EFFECT: the invention enables complex deep processing of topinambur green mass to obtain juice which can be used for production of fructose-glucose syrup, to obtain cheap heat and electrical energy, to obtain complex organic-mineral fertiliser with high content of nutrients necessary for plants. n 3 cl
