FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: claimed are anti-fractalkine (FKN, CX3CL1) antibody and its fractalkine-binding fragment, characterised by sequences of variable domains. Application of clamed antibody and fragment for treatment of inflammatory disorder and for obtaining medication, pharmaceutical composition and method of treating inflammatory disorder, where said disorder represents ulcerous colitis, Crohn's disease or rheumatoid arthritis, is disclosed. In addition, coding nucleic acid, vector, host-cell and method of obtaining antibody by invention or its fragment are described. Antibody in accordance with claimed invention and its fragment neutralise binding FKN with CX3CR1, as it is shown in chemotaxis analysis. n EFFECT: invention can be applied in therapy of inflammatory diseases, mediated by binding of FKN with CX3CR1 receptor. n 28 cl, 14 dwg, 1 tbl, 14 ex |
