abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, in particular to compositions, based on liquid siloxane caoutchoucs, intended for obtaining elastic fireproof polymer coatings. Composition, based on liquid siloxane caoutchouc for fireproof material including mixture, consisting of, at least, one of oxides: Fe 2 O 3 , Cr 2 O 3 ; at least, two oxides, selected from the group: ZnO, Al 2 O 3 , MgO; and salt Na 2 SO 3 , with the total quantity of mixture of metal oxides and metal salt being within from 20 to 40 wt% of the total weight of all components, contains as siloxane caoutchouc SCTL, or SCTL-F or mixture of SCTL and SCTL-F or mixture of SCTL-F with compound Vixint U-1-18 or compound based on said caoutchoucs, selected from the group: PentElast 711, PentElast 718, PentElast 751, and quantity of siloxane caoutchouc (caotchoucs or compounds), ethylsilicate, tetraethoxysilane is within from 60 to 80 wt % of the total weight of all components. n EFFECT: thereof-based material is characterised by high fire resistance, elasticity and is applicable for wide range of objects of protection. n 5 cl, 2 tbl, 2 dwg |
