abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to general surgery, and can be used in treatment of intra-abdominal hypertension syndrome. Method of reducing intra-abdominal pressure includes realisation of midline laparotomy, sanitation of abdominal cavity, implantation of drainage system, separating walls of abdominal cavity from organs, which is made in form of two sheets of film membrane, fastened with soft porous material, located between them with provision of clearance between sheets. Negative pressure is created in abdominal cavity by system of active aspiration by suction of exudate through hole in upper membrane sheet, facing anterior abdominal wall. n EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining technologically simple method of treatment and prevention of intra-abdominal hypertension in patients with intra-abdominal hypertension syndrome of various etiology due to creation of active laparostomy with temporary increase of abdominal cavity volume. n 5 cl, 2 dwg
