FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective corrosion-resistant coating applied on a substrate (4) from a heat resisting alloy. The named coating contains at least a double metal layer (7, 10) consisting of at least one lower (7) and upper (10) layer on the lower layer (7). The lower layer (7) is implemented from the MCrAlX-alloy containing, at least, the following elements, wt %: 24-26 cobalt (Co), 12-14 chrome (Cr), 10-12 aluminium (Al), 0.2-0.5 at least one element from the group containing scandium and rare-earth elements, nickel - the rest. The upper layer (10) is implemented from the MCrAlX-alloy containing tantalum (Ta) and/or iron (Fe) and the M in the alloy of the lower and top layers is at least one element from the group containing iron (Fe), cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni), while X in the named alloys is optional and is at least one element from the group including scandium (Sc), rhenium (Re) and rare-earth elements, in particular yttrium (Y). n EFFECT: coating with good resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation is provided, and also has good long-term stability and is well adapted to mechanical loads. n 42 cl, 5 dwg |
