abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: nanosized titanium dioxide is modified with manganese by adding potassium permanganate to the reaction mixture. Ammonia is used as a reducing agent for permanganate ions. Titanyl sulphate solution TiOSO 4 ·2H 2 O reacts in diluted sulphuric acid with potassium permanganate and ammonia solutions. The reaction mixture is then heated at 80-95°C and HCl is then added. The precipitate is filtered out, washed with water and acetone and then dried on air at room temperature. n EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of producing samples of nanosized titanium dioxide doped with manganese, and reduces the duration and power consumption of the process. n 5 dwg, 4 ex |
