abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for hair styling. Claimed method for hair styling, which includes application of hair of cosmetic composition, including polyorganosiloxane, which includes, at least, two silicon atoms in polyalkylsiloxane segment (a), constituting main polyorganosiloxane chain, which are bound to poly(N-acylalkylenimine) segments (b), consisting of repeating units of general formula by means of alkylene group, containing N atom, with R 1 representing hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, n is equal 2 or 3; number average molecular weight of each poly(N-acylalkylenimine) segment constitutes from 1200 to 5500, weight ratio of segment (a) to segment (b) constitutes from 35/65 to 60/40, weight average molecular weight of each poly(N-acylalkylenimine) segment (b) constitutes from 1300 to 5500, and weight average molecular weight of polyalkylsiloxane segment (a) constitutes from 7000 to100000; styling hairdo at hair temperature 50°C or higher; and further reduction of hair temperature to temperature below 50°C in order to fix hairdo that has been made.
