titleOfInvention Roller bearing
abstract FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, and can be used mainly in production, operation and repair of the bearings. The roller bearing comprises inner and outer racers with rollers arranged there between. Inner and outer racer end working surfaces are shaped to section of torus surface smoothly converting into surfaces of grooves made at racer working cylindrical surfaces. Note here that distance between mirror planes of roller end spherical surface and torus surface of said racers is related with radii of said surfaces and spacing between the contact points and racer working cylindrical surfaces by the following relationship: l = (d\2-h)(R\R 1 -1), where l is distance between mirror planes of roller end spherical surface and torus surface; d is roller diameter; R is torus surface radius; R 1 is roller end spherical surface radius; h is spacing between the contact points and racer working cylindrical surfaces. R-to-R 1 ratio is selected equal, preferably, to R/R 1 = 1.1…1.25. n EFFECT: minimised friction between roller ends with racer edges at maximum loads, higher reliability, longer life. n 2 cl, 1 dwg
