abstract |
FIELD: instrumentation. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to technology of production of vessels with coating for storage of biologically active compounds or blood. The method of inspection of product of coating process where the coating has been applied on the undercoat surface with formation of surface with coating. And the coating is PECVD-coating applied in vacuum conditions. Meanwhile the method includes the following stages: a) providing the product as object of inspection; (b) fillings of the product with coating with some volatile matter after coating application; (c) subsequent measurement of emitted gases by means of measurement of emission of at least one type of volatile matter from the object of inspection in gas space near the surface with coating; and (d) of comparison of result of the stage (c) with result of the stage (c) for at least of one reference object measured under the same test conditions. n EFFECT: possibility to determine presence or absence of coating, and/or physical and/or chemical properties of coating. n 30 cl, 19 dwg |
