abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric or oligomeric active agents having a biocidal effect, a method for production thereof, versions of compositions for making plastic objects having a biocidal effect, a method of preparing said compositions, as well as use of the polymeric or oligomeric active agent and the composition. Polymeric or oligomeric active agents in the form of copolymers are obtained via polycondensation of a guanidine acid addition salt with a mixture of amines, which contains a first component and at least a second component. The first component is 4,4?-methylenebis(cyclohexylamine). The second component is selected from a group which includes diethylenetriamine, hexamethylenediamine, triethylene glycol diamine. Alternatively the first component is diethylenetriamine and the second component is hexamethylenediamine and triethylene glycol diamine. The first component is different from the second component. A method of producing polymeric or oligomeric active agents includes adding one amine mixture equivalent to one guanidine hydrochloride equivalent and heating to temperature of 140°C to 180°C. Further, the melt is stirred at the temperature reached at the previous step until the gas formation reaction is complete, but at least for 5 hours. A composition for making plastic objects is a plastic granulate. In one version the composition contains at least one said polymeric or oligomeric active agent and at least one plastic selected from a group which includes polyurethane, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyethersulphone, silicone and polyamide. The polymeric or oligomeric active agent is covalently bonded to the plastic. In the second version, the polymer or oligomeric active agent in the composition is at least one homopolymer obtained via polycondensation of a guanidine acid addition salt with one separate amine compound - 4,4?-methylenebis(cyclohexylamine) or diethylenetriamine. The method of producing the composition includes mixing said polymeric or oligomeric agent in liquid form with said thermoplastic polymer. The obtained mixture is then granulated. The polymeric or oligomeric active agent and the composition are used to make fabric for clothes, functional textile articles, antibacterial paper, process filters, packaging materials for food and cosmetic products and/or medical products for everyday use.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain polymeric or oligomeric agents, characterised by minimum inhibitory concentration, and obtain plastic having a biocidal effect.15 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl, 4 ex
