FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an organic solvent-based ink for jet printing. The viscosity of the ink is 100 mPa·s or lower. The ink contains 50-80 wt % of an organic solvent capable of evaporating from the printed ink. The ink includes a radiation-curable material which is polymerised via free-radical polymerisation, a photoinitiator and optionally a dispersible dye. The radiation-curable material contains a radiation-curable oligomer, having a polyether, urethane or epoxy backbone chain, having molecular weight of 500-4000 and viscosity of 0.5-20 Pa·s at 60°C. A jet printing device using said ink is also described. The device includes a printing mechanism, a tool for evaporating the solvent from the printed ink and an actinic radiation source. A method for jet printing using said ink is also described. n EFFECT: invention provides coatings on substrates, including on nonporous substrates, having high solvent and dry friction resistance. n 14 cl, 4 dwg, 20 tbl, 28 ex |
