abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Claimed devices are manufactured by injection-compression moulding, which contain microneedles on a substrate base. The microneedles can contain a multitude of nanosized structures, made on them. Press moulds, used for moulding of the microneedles, are assembled from a multitude of press-mould segments, each of which forms sections of microneedles. In the process of the multitude of press-mould segments assembly cavities of negative prints of the microneedles are formed. The press-moulds can be used in injection-compression moulding to form an array of microneedles.
