abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: method is characterised in that the PCR is carried out in a single step in two reaction mixtures, each comprising a specially selected combination of primers: first - to fragments of genes rfbO1, rfbR, rtxC, ctxA, second - to fragments of genes ctxB Class , vc0502, vc0514. The strains with low epidemic potential are characterised with the presence of amplicons of the genes rfbO1, rstC, ctxA, ctxB Class , vc0502, vc0514.
