The set contains an antibody, which specifically binds a spore-related mycobacteria peptide, where the spore-related mycobacteria peptide is selected from the group, consisting of CotA, CotD, CotT, SpoVK, CotSA, YrbC, SpoVE, Soj, SpoIIIE and SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 26, where the said antibody is obtained by the immunisation of a human or a non-human organism, with the said peptide, related to the spores.
