FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a non-aqueous dispersion containing a product of dispersion polymerisation of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer and a nonlinear, random acrylic polymer stabiliser. The nonlinear, random acrylic stabiliser is characterised by presence of at least one branching point along the polymer chain and a random structure, i.e. virtually does not contain blocks or segments having a composition different from the rest of the polymer. A coating obtained from the non-aqueous dispersion and a method of coating a substrate are also described. n EFFECT: obtaining a non-aqueous dispersion more resistant to polar solvents, which prevents formation of coating defects, particularly formation of craters and loss of adhesion. n 21 cl, 13 tbl, 11 ex |
