abstract FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of extraction of at least of valuable ore from its mixture with at least one other valuable ore and barren rock. Method of extraction of at least one first hydrophobic or water-repellent substance from the mixture containing at least this first hydrophobic or water-repellent substance, at least one second hydrophobic or water-repellent substance, and at least one third hydrophobic or water-repellent substance, at that hydrophobic nature of at least one first hydrophobic or water-repellent substance exceeds hydrophobic nature of the at least one second hydrophobic or water-repellent substance at least contains the following stages: (A) contact of the mixture containing at least one first hydrophobic or water-repellent substance, at least one second hydrophobic or water-repellent substance, and at least one third hydrophilic substance with at least one hydrocarbon, which quantity as recalculated to total quantity of the specified mixture and at least one hydrocarbon is from 0.01 to 0.4 wt %, if necessary upon presence of at least one dispergator, (B) if necessary, addition to the mixture obtained at stage (A) of at least one dispergator to produce dispersion, (C) treatment of the dispersion produced at stage (A) or (B) by at least one hydrophobic magnetic particle such that at least one first hydrophobic or water-repellent substance is connected to at least one magnetic particle, (D) extraction of the product produced at stage (C) from the mixture by means of the magnetic field application.
