abstract | FIELD: engines and pumps. n SUBSTANCE: proposed system and method facilitate emulsifying of diesel fuel. Proposed system comprises: tank 30 for thick mix of oil and water and mixer 18 to mix said thick mix with diesel fuel to get emulsified fuel.Twin-fuel device 19 facilitates emulsifying of return fuel and communicates diesel fuel tank 31. Device 18 mixes emulsified fuel and return fuel line. Besides, it has engine main fuel line and return fuel line. Heat exchanger 21 heats emulsified fuel from twin-fuel device 19 and facilitates emulsifying of return fuel by engine cooling water. First and second cleaning lines allows cleaning of fuel main line. Twin-fuel control device selects diesel fuel feed and emulsified fuel feed in compliance with cooling water temperature. Besides, it controls diesel fuel for removal of emulsified fuel in engine, main fuel line and its devices after closure of engine ignition switch. n EFFECT: increased water content in emulsified fuel by 33 %, ease of engine starting, stable operation. n 10 cl, 6 dwg |
