abstract FIELD: cosmetology. n SUBSTANCE: invention represents the method to improve or prevent cosmetic condition or to reduce or prevent propagation of wrinkles, mimic lines, hyperpigmentation, sluggishness, dryness of skin, peeling and/or loss of water by evaporation via mammal's skin, which includes administration of a cosmetic composition to a mammal, where the composition is produced by the method that includes: slurrying of Salmonidae roe, preferably salmon roe, in the minimum volume of water, initiation of synchronised quick hatching of roe, preferably so that within less than 2 hours more than 95% embryos are hatched, filtration of roe mass after hatching in order to produce a medium produced after hatching, and filtration of medium produced after hatching, with production of the composition, where the stage of filtration of the medium produced after hatching includes: filtration of the medium produced after hatching, with the help of a filter, the pore size of which makes at least 5 mcm, and collection of filtrate, filtration of the filtrate produced at the stage (i) with the help of a filter, the pore size of which makes from 0.30 to 0.60 mcm, and collection of filtrate, replacement of water in the filtrate, produced at the stage (ii), by a pharmaceutically acceptable buffer by realisation of diafiltration using the filter with exclusive size, making less than 15 kDa, filtration of the solution produced at the stage (iii), with the help of the filter, the pore size of which makes from 0.15 to 0.30 mcm, and collection of filtrate and production of the cosmetic composition from the filtrate produced at the stage (iv). n EFFECT: more effective improvement of cosmetic condition of skin. n 15 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl, 7 dwg
