FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering of fibre materials and low-charge fibre and a method for production thereof. The fibre has average surface porosity of less than 3%. The fibre is made from a biodegradable polymer which contains a certain amount of a certain phospholipid.
