FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: claimed set of invention relates to ceramic cellular structure used in offgas traps such as diesel filters. This structure comprises inlet surface and outlet surface including multiple inlet cells and multiple outlet cells extending from said structure inlet surface to outlet surface. Inlet cells are exposed on inlet surface and closed at points of their abutting on outlet surface. Outlet cells are exposed on outlet surface and closed at points of their abutting on inlet surface. Said inlet and outlet cells are staggered. Inlet cells feature quadrangular cross-section. Adjacent inlet cells arranged in diagonal staggered arrangement are turned relative to each other. Proposed method comprises production of green cellular structure with pattern of inlet and outlet cells.
