titleOfInvention STRAIN OF CULTIVATED HYBRID ANIMAL CELLS Mus musculus Bpm Vd-9 - PRODUCER OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY 5C2/F10/C9 TO ANTIGEN 200 kDa MELIOIDOSIS AGENT
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: strain of cultivated hybrid animal cells Mus musculus Bpm Vd-9 is proposed, deposited in State collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures "SCPM-OBOLENSK" under the number H-31. This strain is a producer of monoclonal antibody 5C 2 /F 10 /C 9 to glycoprotein 200 kDa of melioidosis agent. The antibody produced by cells of the strain according to the present invention may find application as an anti-idiotope ("detecting antibody"), labelled with horseradish peroxidase as a part of the test system for detection of glycoprotein 200 kDa B. pseudomallei in the test samples. n EFFECT: improvement of properties. n 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 5 ex
