The first input receives alternating-current voltage. Power is supplied to load (216) through the output. DC/DC converter comprises the second input (203), which is coupled by capacitor coupling to the first input, at that DC/DC converter supplies the output. Rectifier circuit is coupled by capacitor coupling to the first input and connected between the first input and output. Rectifier circuit supplies rectified output voltage to the output.
