abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing of electronic components, for example, aircraft antenna radiator. Mould is prepared for sealing with application of sealant damping ply. Articles are assembled with sealing moulds, article is sealed and hardened. Note here that adhesion subply is applied on article surface and dried at (25±10)°C for 40-50 min. Then, sealant damping subply is applied on adhesion subply and dried at (25±10)°C for at least 24 h. Foam material is prepared that contains the following components, wt %: epoxy resin "ЭД-20" (GOST 10587-84) 75÷85; ethyl silicate-40 (GOST 26371-84) 4.0÷4.5; acetone (GOST 2768-84) 0.15÷0.17; mix of triglycide ethers; polyoxipropylenetriol; laproxide 703 (Specs 2226-029-10488057-98) and laproxide "301Б" (Specs 2226-337-10488057-97) at the ratio 4:1 53÷61; foam regulator Penta-483 (Specs 2483-026-40245042-2004) 1.5÷1.7; hardener "АФ-2" (Specs 2494-052-00205423-2004) 30÷40; silicone fluid Penta-804 (Specs 2229-013-40245042-00) 3.5÷5.0; A grade catalyst K-1 (Specs 6-02-1-011-89) 1.5÷1.7. Then, sealing foam composition 1-1.5 mm deep ply is applied on sealant damping subply and dried at (25±10)°C for 24 h. Article is assembled in the mould and sealed with above described composition. It is hardened at (25±10)°C for 24 h Now, the article is withdrawn from the mould at 100°C for 1-1.5 h. Then, it is cooled at 150°C for 6-7 h to (25±10)°C. n EFFECT: expanded range of working temperatures, ruled out breakaway.
