abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: involved enthesis is directly exposed to a therapeutic agent. It is injected with a common needle with having the bone tissue intact; the exposure to the Alloplant dispersed biomaterial dissolved in normal saline is also applied by administering it into the soft tissue depth above the whole surface of the enthesis. The therapeutic course involves 1-5 injections of the biomaterial in an amount of 5 ml every 8-12 days. Alloplant for injections is dissolved in a ratio of 50 mg of the biomaterial to 50 ml of normal saline. The number of procedures in the therapeutic courses and a procedure interval are specified individually depending on a degree of the enthesis involvement, as well as on the patient's weight and age. n EFFECT: method enables reducing inflammations of the enthesis and adjoining soft tissues and restoring the structure of the latter if degenerated, and increasing clinical effectiveness. n 3 cl, 2 ex |
