abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of neutralising chloropicrin via alkaline hydrolysis in an aqueous medium in interphase and micellar catalysis conditions using the composition: alkali metal hydroxide, trialkylarylammonium chloride, N,N-dichloroarylsulphamide (dichloramine). The phase-transfer catalyst used is N,N,N-trialkyl-N-benzylammonium chloride, the micelle-forming component is N,N-dichloroarylsulphamide (dichloramine) and alkaline decomposition products thereof. The method enables detoxification of chloropicrin in laboratory and field conditions, in emergency situations, and degassing of a container contaminated with chloropicrin. n EFFECT: neutralising chloropicrin to concentration of not more than 0,01 mg·ml -1 without using organic solvents and special equipment. n 1 tbl, 4 ex |
