abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is method of inducing apoptosis of malignant tumour cells of colorectal cancer. Inhibition of function of genes from group: c-IAP2, Livin and MCM4 is carried out. For this purpose applied are medications of small interfering miRNA-oligonucleotides from group UGUGGACAAAGUCUCUUCCdTdT; CCUGUGGGUAAGAAGAUGAGdTdT; UUCUCUCUCCUCUUCCCUUAdTdT. Simultaneous inhibition of functions of genes from group: c-IAP2, Livin and MCM4, in one of gene combination: Livin and MCM4; c-IAP2 and MCM4; c-IAP2 and Livin is performed. In particular, simultaneous inhibition of functions of two genes from group: c-IAP2, Livin and MCM4 is carried out. Disclosed is means for said method realisatio, which contains oxaliplatin and combination of complementary to mRNA in cells of malignant tumour shRNA-oligonucleotides in form of short loop shRNA. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to optimise and activate apoptotic influences of platinum-containing medication on cells of colorectal cancer tumour, which ensures essential apoptotic death of cancer cells with dose of medication, fundamentally lower than the standard one. n 7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
