titleOfInvention | Method of producing filled butadiene-styrene rubber |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry, particularly to production of butadiene-styrene rubber obtained by emulsion (co)polymerisation, which is filled at the latest step, and can be used in production of industrial rubber articles. A method of producing filled butadiene-styrene rubber includes copolymerisation of butadiene with styrene, obtaining latex, coagulation with a composite coagulant - a dispersion of 5-30% solution of metal chlorides, the metal being selected from: group I - sodium or potassium in amount of 100-150 kg/t rubber, group II - magnesium or calcium in amount of 10-15 kg/t rubber, group III - aluminium in amount of 2-3 kg/t rubber, and filler - powdered acidic cellulose additive in amount of 5-70 kg/t rubber. The additive is obtained by using fibrous cotton material in the form of wastes, crushing to size of 10-20 mm, mixing with 30-60% aqueous sulphuric acid solution at temperature of 60-80°C to a mushy state, filtering said mass, washing with water and drying at 50-70°C for 1-2 hours. n EFFECT: method improves efficiency, reduces reagent consumption, stabilises the rubber extraction method and reduces environmental pollution. n 1 tbl, 15 ex |
