titleOfInvention Method of production of highly purified solid petroleum paraffins
abstract FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of production of highly purified solid petroleum paraffins by hydroforming of crude wax at temperature 240-380°C and pressure 20-35 kgf/cmupon presence of the catalyst system comprising catalysts of protecting and main beds with further separation of the gas product mixture to liquid and gaseous phases, and liquid phase stabilization. Crude wax with final boiling point 5 vol % at least 380°C, 95 vol % - 490°C maximum, and with sulphur content over 50 ppmw is produced by deoiling of mixture of gatches separated during dewaxing by solvent of the hydrotreated and non-hydrotreated raffinates of oil runs boiling within range 360-430°C and 430-500°C in volume ratio (60÷95):(5÷40), respectively; catalysts of the main bed are alumina system comprising alumina-cobalt- and alumina-nickel-molybdenum catalysts in weight ration (2÷20):(80÷98), respectively. In catalysts system of the main bed the alumina-cobalt-molybdenum catalyst is loaded first, it is produced by impregnation of the alumina carrier with solution of ammonium molybdate, citric acid and cobaltous acetate at pH 4.0÷4.4 with further drying and baking, at that the carrier is produced by the formation of the product after hydrothermal treatment of the thermally activate argillite, drying and baking. Alumina-nickel-molybdenum catalyst is loaded second, it is produced by mixing of aluminium oxide powder and solution of ammonium molybdate, phosphoric acid and nickel nitrate. Aluminium oxide powder of ?-modification with crystallite size 40-50 E, size of at least 80 wt % powder particles is 60 mcm maximum.EFFECT: production of highly purified solid paraffins with quality parameters corresponding to set of requirements of current state and international standard.2 cl, 8 tbl, 15 ex
