titleOfInvention | Diagnosing gluten-induced autoimmune diseases |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to diagnosing gluten-sensitive enteropathy in genetically predisposed patients, and can be used for specifying the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. That is ensured by measuring a binding level of auto-antibodies in the patient's blood serum samples with an unchanged celiac epitope of the transglutaminase proteins as compared to a binding level of a test compound (TC). The TC represents a test antibody or its fragment, version or analogue. The TC is able to bind to the primary celiac epitope of the transglutaminase proteins. The higher binding level of the auto-antibodies with no TC added or the 50% lower binding level of the auto-antibodies with the TC added testify to a gluten-induced autoimmune disease in the above individual. n EFFECT: group of inventions provides correcting diagnosing the gluten-induced diseases and prescribing the accompanying diet with avoiding gluten sources. n 8 cl, 15 dwg, 2 tbl, 10 ex |
