titleOfInvention Automatic protecting device of safety systems under emergency modes
abstract FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: automatic protecting device consists of system of sensors, electric valve and protected object. The protected object is connected to an actuating device. A signal to actuate the actuating device is transmitted from the control device. The latter corresponds to the electric valve. Device for electric valve electric start-up is installed on the block-pressing nut and contains two contacts: the central contact and contact "Casing". A piston locked by the holder is installed inside the casing of the electric valve. At actuating the electric valve the piston functions as a cutter cutting the holder off. The holder is made as an annealed wire. One end of the holder is secured to the case of the electric valve, while another end is attached to the end an actuating lever, connected to a start-up spring. The actuating device is actuated with a switch button only under an emergency mode. The start-up system of the actuating device consists of a start-up lever. End of this lever interacts upon activation with start-up button activating the actuating device. The electric valve is coupled with the system of dangerous zone probing. The latter consists of sensors set to excess of maximum permissible concentration of chemically hazardous substances and of a probe. Signals from the probe enter the common microprocessor processing these signals and generating control signal for the electric valve activation. n EFFECT: increased efficiency of process equipment protection from emergencies owing to raised performance and reliability of system actuation. n 2 dwg
