titleOfInvention Method of bioencapsulation of cephalosporin group medications
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents a method of encapsulating cephalosporin group medications, characterised by the application of albumin as an envelope for microcapsules, with 0.450 g of cephalosporin antibiotic powder and 0.02 g of E472c preparation being added to 6 g of a 2.5% water albumin solution at 25°C with further mixing until a transparent solution is formed, after that 5 ml of isopropanol, and then 15 ml of acetone are added slowly, drop-by-drop, the obtained suspension of the microcapsules is filtered, washed with acetone and dried. n EFFECT: invention provides the simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining microcapsules, reduction of loss in obtaining the microcapsules (increase of output by weight). n 3 ex
