| abstract |
FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fluids for electronic cigarettes. Proposed process comprises weighing of tobacco to be placed in tank, addition of prepared solvent thereto and holding in said solvent. Said mix is heated to get the extract. Said extract is filtered to get filtrate. Note here that tobacco is weighed in amount of 5-20 wt % of fluid volume. Note also that tobacco is held in solvent for 30-100 minutes. Prepared mix is heated to 40-60°C and held for 2-8 hours. Filtration over, cacao extract is added to said extract in volume making 1-10 wt % of electronic cigarette fluid. Said components are mixed for 20-40 minutes to add propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol thereto to 100% of planned fluid volume. Prepared mix is mixed. n EFFECT: longer life. n 4 cl |
