titleOfInvention Production of powder containing iron and aluminium from water solutions
abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of powder containing elemental iron and aluminium from used process solutions of galvanic or metallurgical production. Dispersed aluminium with particle size of 70-100 mcm is added to water solution containing ions Fe (III), for example, iron chloride or used electrolyte of ironing or used solution of steel etching, iron-to-aluminium ratio being 1:(1.5-2.5), and held for 10 minutes. Sediment is separated from mother solution by, for example, magnetic separation and processed by alkali solution with pH 14.0-14.5 for 5-10 minutes. n EFFECT: powder containing iron and aluminium for synthesis of iron and aluminium intermetallides. n 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 11 ex
