abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a microfluidic radiopharmaceutical system. The system comprises a reaction vessel adapted to receive a radioisotope specified in carbon-11 and fluorine-18, and one agent with the reaction vessel connected to a heat source which is used to supply heat from the heat source and to synthesise the radiopharmaceutical solution, when the radioisotope and agent are mixed in the reaction vessel. The system also comprises a solid phase extraction column adapted for radiopharmaceutical solution purification, a filter adapted for radiopharmaceutical solution sterilisation, and a vessel adapted for radiopharmaceutical solution reception after it passes through the column and filter. The reaction vessel, solid phase extraction column and filter are parts of a single chart to be disposed after one cycle. The above system is scaled for the one-cycle production of the radiopharmaceutical solution in an amount equal to one single dose of the radiopharmaceutical preparation and not less than one single dose of the radiopharmaceutical preparation. n EFFECT: system provides accelerating the process of the radiopharmaceutical preparation with avoiding the contamination of components of the system after the previous cycle of synthesis/purification. n 3 cl, 5 dwg |
