abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method includes step-by-step hardening of liquid phenolformaldehyde resin of resol type in heating in the interval of temperatures from 80°C to 200°C with successive realisation of polycondensation and polymer cross-linking reactions, operations of crushing, milling, drying and sieving of obtained product to obtain particles with size not more than 0.18 mm. In the process of hardening in order to create optimal conditions for polycondensation reaction, accompanied by product foaming, after temperature 120°C is reached, process of heating is accelerated to rate 1°C/min, and process of polymer cross-linking is realised at temperature higher than 150°C under conditions of reduction of heating rate to 0.5-0.2°C/min. n EFFECT: obtaining product with sufficient level of thermal stability, ability to coke-formation, providing thermo-erosion stability of armour jacket under conditions of high temperatures and intensive erosion carryover under action of gas dynamic flow of fuel combustion products, absence of porosity in formation of armour jacket components. n 4 cl, 3 dwg, 4 tbl |
