abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of organometallic synthesis, namely to method of obtaining 3-(oxyphenyl)methyl-substituted aluminacyclopentanes of general formula (1a-e): a) R 1 =R 3 =H, R 2 =OMe; b) R 1 =H, R 2 =R 3 =OMe; c) R 1 =H, R 2 =OMe, R 3 =OH; d) R 1 =R 2 =R 3 =OMe; e) R 1 =H, R 2 , R 3 =OCH 2 O. Method includes interaction of allylbenzenes with triethylaluminium (AlEt 3 ) in presence of catalyst Cp 2 ZrCl 2 . As allylbenzene used are substituted allylbenzenes, namely: allylanisole, 4-allyl-1,2-dimethoxybenzene, 4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol, 5-allyl-1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene, 5-allyl-1,3-benzodioxol. Reaction is carried out in molar ratio allylbenzene: AlEt 3 : [Zr] = 50:(150-180):(1-2) at temperature 20-22°C for 16 hours in toluene. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain novel compositions, which can be applied in reactions of stereoregular poly- and oligomerisation of unsaturated compounds, as synthons of fine organic synthesis. n 1 tbl, 1 ex
