HIV VACCINE BASED ON MAXIMISED Gag AND Nef TARGETING ON DENDRITE CELLS |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. A method provides recovering and purifying a dendrite cell (DC) receptor specific antibody or its fragment to which a Gag antigen is attached. A Nef antigen is optionally attached to the DC-receptor specific antibody or its fragment, or to the Gag antigen. The Gag antigen is less sensitive to proteolytic degradation by eliminating one or more proteolytic sites. That is followed by contacting the DC-receptor specific antibody or its fragment to which the Gag antibody is attached to form an antibody-antigen complex, to an antigen-representing cell. The DC-receptor specific antibody or its fragment to which the Gag antibody is attached to form the antibody-antigen complex, to an antigen-representing cell is processed and presented for T-cell recognition. n EFFECT: what is presented is a method of antigen load of the antigen-representing cell. n 32 cl, 33 dwg |
