FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula , where: R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 , each independently, denote hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro or C 1-6 alkyl; X denotes O or S; R Ya denotes -C(O)R 1a , -C(O)OR 1a , -C(O)NR 1b R 1c , -C(S)NR 1b R 1c , -C(NNO 2 )NR 1b R 1c , -S(O) 2 R 1a or -S(O) 2 NR 1b R 1c ; under the condition that R Ya is not -C(O)O-tert-butyl; and each R 1a , R 1b and R 1c independently denotes hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, C 2-6 alkenyl, C 3-7 cycloalkyl, C 6-14 aryl, 5-10-member heteroaryl containing one, two or three heteroatoms selected from O, N or S, or morpholinyl; or each pair of R 1b and R 1c , together with the N atom to which they are bonded, independently forms morpholinyl; under the condition that the compound is not 4-(2-(3,5-dimethylphenoxy)-5-nitrophenylsulphonyl)piperazine-1-carbaldehyde; wherein each alkyl, alkenyl, aryl and 5-10-member heteroaryl, containing one, two or three heteroatoms selected from O, N or S, is optionally substituted with one or more groups, each independently selected from (a) cyano, halogen and nitro; (b) C 1-6 alkyl, C 6-14 aryl, furanyl and morpholinyl, each optionally substituted with one or more substitutes Q; (c) -C(O)R a , -C(O)OR a , -OR a and -SR a , wherein each Q is independently selected from a group consisting of (a) cyano, halogen and nitro; (b) C 1-6 alkyl and C 2-6 alkenyl; and (c) -C(O)R e , -C(O)OR e , and -SR e ; where each R e , R f and R g independently denotes (i) hydrogen; (ii) C 1-6 alkyl or C 2-6 alkenyl, which are suitable for modulating CCR3 activity. n EFFECT: obtaining compounds which are suitable for modulating CCR3 activity. n 41 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
